Oakhope Remote Lock ("the Product" or "we") takes user privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information: When you log in via WeChat, we collect your WeChat OpenID, nickname, and avatar for identity verification, account creation, and profile display.
1.2 Device Information: When using the desktop client, we collect your device name, OS version, unique device identifier (UUID), and lock screen password status to identify and bind devices.
1.3 Usage Data: We collect operation logs (such as lock commands, bind/unbind records), login times, and IP addresses for security audits and service optimization.
1.4 Diagnostic Data: To ensure service stability and troubleshoot technical issues, the desktop client automatically records error logs upon application crashes (including exception type, error stack trace, OS version, and device identifier) and uploads them to our server on the next launch. Diagnostic data does not include any personal file content or passwords and is used solely for product quality improvement.
2. How We Use Information
2.1 To provide core features including remote device locking, device status monitoring, and cross-platform sync.
2.2 To send service notifications (e.g., binding success, lock results, subscription reminders).
2.3 To perform data analysis for product improvement and user experience optimization.
2.4 To prevent and combat fraud and illegal activities, ensuring user and system security.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
3.1 We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
3.2 We may share your information in the following circumstances:
With your explicit consent;
As required by law or government authorities;
To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Product, users, or the public.
4. Information Storage & Protection
4.1 Your personal information is stored on servers in the People's Republic of China (Alibaba Cloud).
4.2 We implement reasonable technical measures (SSL encryption, access control) and management practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
4.3 We retain your information only for the period necessary to provide services, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Your Rights
5.1 You may view your bound device list and subscription information in the Mini Program.
5.2 You may unbind devices or delete your account. Account deletion can be initiated from the Mini Program profile or by contacting support. Upon deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

We may revise this Policy as appropriate. Revised policies will be communicated through product announcements or website updates.
